FAQ
1) Why can’t I re-use the indians that have passed all the way through the battlefield?
=> Because they “die for gold”!
2) How to get the magical flowers?
=> Go to the “strategy” tab, select the wizard KACHADA (white hair man) and click on the map to go to the magic flower, and finally click on “execute”.
ONLY the wizard can pick up the magic flowers and prepare potions…
3) There is only little GOLD…
=> Use the market to trade goods!
Strategy Guide
Day 1: Build farms for food, mines for ore, and sawmills for wood. Also markets, for trading. Upgrade or buy new mines/mills/farms.
Day 2: Start prep for 1st battle. Move chiefs to correct square, then execute. You can only execute 1 move per day. Continue to build up food/ore supplies (you should be getting more wood than food/ore). Try and keep all 3 fairly balanced for daily intake.
1st battle: Make sure to buy units, then click on the battlefield to place them. Don't forget about your special abilities. And the more chiefs you have in a battle, the easier it is.
Use the market if you start getting too much of 1 resource and not enough of another. Make sure to take advantage of fair trading from the town center.
Increasing food production from a farm is cheapest way to go.
Don't let your army get across the screen too quickly, or you'll lose them for the end of the battle, although you will get extra gold out of it.
Pay attention to your weapons supply and army. They are your people! Buy more or train more when needed.
As you continue, you'll start to have to manage multiple battles getting ready to happen on the same day, or within a day. So map the location of your troops carefully. Make sure to note that 3 of your 5 chiefs can get from any 1 battle to another in 2 days, 1 in 4, and 1 in 1 day for 2/3 and 2 days for the other location.
Day 20: You should be earning somewhere around +800food, +750iron, +900wood by now. If your numbers are much lower, I'd recommend restarting. You need to build resources early, so that you can have plenty of gold/resources for the end-game. Your primary source of gold will be from battles and the market, so upgrade efficiency of these in the town center.
Take advantage of the resource/gold upgrades in the town square. They will increase your in-take by 10% of base per upgrade.
You get your best returns from selling iron, so try to mine as much as possible.
Upgrading your military through the town center and temple is crucial to surviving, saving the lives of your troops, and getting gold from battles.
End game: Once you reach day 30+, the rest of the game is fairly straight forward: upgrade your towers, make sure you have enough troops, upgrade defenses. When you get fully upgraded, you'll only need 1 chief per battle to win.
